Customer Service and Quality Assurance
In order to meet our 100% Customer Satisfaction Goal, R2 strives for excellent communication and quality assurance.

Recruitment
R2 employs traditional methods of recruiting to include print and internet advertising, along with job fairs and participation in network groups. A strong emphasis on our Referral Bonus Program has enabled R2 Construction Services, Inc. to attract quality candidates from other associates who have proven successful on various assignments or through our placement program.

Application Process
R2's application process includes documentation of all necessary forms and detailed work history.

Interview
In addition to the necessary paperwork, each potential associate completes a behavioral based interview to determine workplace behavior and suitability for placement. During the interview our Employment Specialists ask situational based questions allowing our candidate to elaborate on how they might handle certain scenarios.

Skills Assessment
Contract Associates may complete necessary skills assessments based upon their past work experiences and desire to work in various capacities in the work environment. R2 may administer any specialized or custom assessments as requested.

Additional Pre-Screening
Reference Checking, Background Checks and Drug Screening.

Timekeeping, Invoicing & Reporting
All invoices will be based upon the receipt of approved timesheets or time reported via a web-based or automated timekeeping system. Invoices may be sent electronically or via mail and may be departmentalized or separated by cost centers for projects. R2 will provide necessary reports to our clients to assist in forecasting and budgeting.
